Information

1. Principle of resistance heating:
Electric heaters mainly use the principle of resistance heating to generate heat. They are primarily composed of one or more resistance coils. When current passes through the resistance coils, the resistance generated by the coils converts electrical energy into heat. Common resistance materials used in electric heaters include iron-chromium-aluminum alloys, nickel-chromium alloys, etc. These materials have high resistance, allowing for a significant amount of resistance when current passes through.

2. Principle of heat conduction:
The heating element of an electric heater comes into contact with the surrounding air and transfers the generated heat to the surrounding environment through heat conduction. Electric heaters typically use materials with good thermal conductivity, such as ceramics and metals, to create the heating element, thereby improving the efficiency of heat conduction. When the resistance coils generate heat from the current, the heating element absorbs the heat and rapidly transfers it to the surrounding environment.

3. Auxiliary heat dissipation design:
To improve the thermal efficiency and extend the lifespan of electric heaters, auxiliary heat dissipation designs are commonly employed. The outer casing of electric heaters is usually made of metal materials, such as aluminum alloys, which have excellent heat dissipation properties and can effectively transfer the generated heat to the surrounding air. Additionally, heat sinks or grids are often incorporated into electric heaters to increase the heat dissipation area and enhance the rate of heat dissipation.

4. Temperature control system:
To ensure the temperature stability of electric heaters, a temperature control system is typically equipped. The temperature control system generally consists of a temperature sensor, control circuit, and display. The temperature sensor is used to sense the temperature changes in the surrounding environment and transmit the information to the control circuit. Based on the signals from the temperature sensor, the control circuit adjusts the power supply current to the resistance coils to achieve the desired temperature. The display is usually used to show the current temperature, enabling users to adjust the temperature accordingly.
